We thank you for partnering with us by providing projects and mentorship to the Innovate to Grow students and teams!

 

At Spring 2020 Innovate to Grow, you will be able to:  

- Review both LONG video presentations, and the SHORT pitch video of your projects/teams, and evaluate them with the mentor evaluation form by the end of day Friday, May 15, 2020  

- Join the live event to view the pitches and Q&A of any of the I2G Teams

You should have received by email all information and video links, related to your projects/teams, and your action items to evaluate and join I2G.

Please review them, and I look forward to discussing with you the value and opportunity to build on them.

Instructions for Partners - Spring 2020 Innovate to Grow - Online

 

You have private access to your teams’ videos and evaluation form. 

 

If you wish to also join the I2G live event to view any teams please follow the instructions for ATTENDEES: 

- REGISTER in Eventbrite    

- Live event (Friday Noon-2:30):   go to https://innovatetogrow.ucmerced.edu/

- Visit the “Zoom Room” of interest based on the teams or projects listed (requires Zoom authenticated account), or

- Select pre-recorded video pitches at innovatetogrow.ucmerced.edu

 

If you wish to join the Q&A session in the I2G live event please follow the instructions for JUDGES:

1- ZOOM Preparation.  

- If you do not have experience with Zoom meetings, please make yourself familiar with joining, chat for Q&A, audio / video settings, etc.

- If you do not have a confirmed Zoom account, you may sign up here for Zoom prior to the event.

2- EVALUATION FORM Preparation: 

Prior to judging, open in the browser window, or on your mobile device the following I2G pitch evaluation form. 

Please notice that:

- Submit a response to start the next evaluation, or the form may not clear

- If the browser hangs or crashes, and you reopen the form, you may need to complete the previous response

- If you need to complete a form to reset it, make sure you make a note in the comments section to disregard this entry.

3- JOIN ZOOM ROOM:

- Sign in Zoom with your authenticated Zoom account

- Search the Track you have been assigned to judge on 

- Join the assigned Zoom Room at innovatetogrow.ucmerced.edu

- If your Zoom Name appears different than your registration name, please indicate your First and Last Name that when you join a Room, to enable identification in Rooms

- You will be admitted to the Room, and allowed to submit Questions via Chat.

 

4- SUBMIT EVALUATIONS:

- Use the I2G pitch evaluation form for each team you judge

- You may complete the evaluations by the end of day Friday, May 15, 2020
