Tech for Social Good
The UC Merced CITRIS and the Banatao Institute Tech for Social Good Program support student-led learning and technology development for healthy, sustainable, connected, and equitable livelihoods in the United States and abroad.
To achieve its mission, the first Tech for Social Good program at UC Merced mentors and guides students toward community partner solutions that support healthy, sustainable, connected societies. Open to all majors at Merced College and UC Merced students, Tech for Social Good 2020 addresses tech needs at the Merced County Food Bank.
